Experimental Cookery 2012: Spicy Lamb Burgers
This one came from "River Cottage Every Day". Other than involving the toasting and then grinding of quite a few spices, it was dead easy. However, it was a bit time-consuming, especially since there was a "leave for 1 hour" step in there! The resulting burgers were very nice, although I found mine to be a bit too spicy. Still, there was a nice cooling yoghurt to go with it, and some salad, so that was okay. I'm sure we'll be doing these again at some point, although perhaps more for barbeque weather than just for general use - I think I prefer the classic beef burgers that Jamie has me making.
