Making Cheese and Salad sandwiches, the Stephen way

1) Open the fridge, and take out the tomato and cucumber.
2) Realise that, being an idiot, you've forgotten something. Open the fridge, and take out the apple you're going to have with lunch, and that therefore you need to wash.
3) Then, open the fridge again, and take out the bread and cheese.
4) Make sandwiches, and hope no-one ever finds out.

Don't keep bread in the fridge: it makes it go dry.

Very authoritative, Welsh.

You could perhaps try saying "please"?

I find the solution to having the bread in the fridge is to keep it under oil, rather like you would a piece of potassium.

Hope this helps.

It's not a request; it is advice. That is whay I didn't put a 'please'.
I don't really mind where Stephen chooses to keep his bread (although of course it concerns me enough to offer advice)!

I gathered that. Thanks for the advice. I have, however, elected to continue keeping the bread in the fridge - it keeps it fresher for longer. Plus, I keep everything else in the fridge (except my large jar of Nutella - I learned that lesson the hard way), so I don't want the bread to feel left out.
