Experimental Cookery 2019: Freestyle Stir-fry

On Saturday, following a fairly large lunch, we had a pretty late, and pretty light, dinner. This one was a stir fry with noodles, beef, carrots, and yellow pepper. What was noteworthy about this one was that it wasn't a recipe I took from anywhere - I basically put together a bunch of things I fancied having and cooked those.

It was okay, but not great. Too dry and too salty, though the various components were fine, both individually and collectively. Some more work is required to really make this worthwhile.

And that's pretty much all there is to say about that.
