On Monday, the diet will be twelve weeks old. Other than the inevitable slip that occurred when I went to France, it has stood solid over that time, largely because it is founded upon the principle of eating more often, rather than less.
As of this morning, I have lost twenty-five pounds, just under half of my target (52 pounds).
So, it's going quite well.
